This was annoying but what was upsetting was the added bronze package. We were told there was a 10% reduction for the second pet, but it was for only part of the grooming. We added the grooming so that was not a surprise. This grooming was an additional fee that was not included in the base price. One dog was charged differently for grooming. The discount amounted to only $24.76 off. There was a 10% discount for my second pet, but it wasn't over the entire bill but to a random number. They came in and left at the same time, so not sure why there was a discrepancy. One dog was charged for ten nights, the other for eleven nights. One dog was a couple of dollars higher than the other dog. My two dogs stayed for 10 days and seemed fine when I picked them up. Safari is a clean facility that is staffed with pleasant people. It’s sad that you can’t even trust a “luxury” pet resort to do a simple bath and nail trim. I’m highly upset and will be sure to share this with any and everyone I know. Needless to say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you care about the well-being of your animals because they definitely do not.
He stated that he did notice Koda had peed and told someone else to wash her off which was not done and she was left in the cage. I was then transferred to the bathing supervisor, Austin, who was quite rude on the phone and did not seem to care about my concerns.

I should have been notified immediately if there was not someone else there to fix the issue. It took me calling and complaining to be told anything. No one called me to tell me this happened. You don’t have to smell to notice a dog is completely covered in pee and has not been fully bathed, not brushed or had their nails trimmed. The girl apparently told her she was done but Madison did not check and blamed covid for not being able to smell the pee.
I was told by Madison that the girl who bathed her walked out and that her bath was not completed and her nails were not trimmed. She is COVERED in pee and seems extremely stressed out. This is her first time going to a place like this as we have been using a mobile groomer and she had the worst experience. My puppy has been sitting in a cage for FIVE hours and I picked her up looking way worse than when I dropped her off. We have had problems in the past but decided to give this place another try.
